Desktop License Agreement

By downloading, purchasing, or otherwise using the Font Software, You acknowledge that you

have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If

You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, You must not use the Font Software.

1. Rights Granted

Siratype grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to use the Font

Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Installations and Uses

This license grants you the right to install the Font Software on up to two (2) devices and use

the Font Software in any desktop application (such as Adobe Photoshop) for creating images or

vector artwork, which you can then use for commercial and personal projects including, but not

limited to, physical end products, social media, logos and packaging.

If you intend to install the Font Software on more than two (2) devices, you must purchase a

separate desktop license for each additional device.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not :

a) embed the Font Software in websites or digital ads using CSS @font-face.

b) embed the Font Software in mobile apps, games, e-books.

c) embed the font software in cloud-based apps allowing unlicensed End Users to use the Font

Software.

d) rent, lease, share, lend, or give away the Font Software or any copies of it.

e) use the Font Software to make and sell letterforms products that can be composed by end

users to create words.

f) recompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify in any other way the Font Software or

creation of any derivative work in whole or in part.

The font software can be embedded in a rasterized format only ( raster format such as a JPEG

or PNG).

4. No Refunds

All amounts are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-creditable.

5. Copyright

The Font Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Siratype is the

sole copyright holder, exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, including rights under

copyright and trademark law. You agree not to use the Fonts in any manner that infringes the

intellectual property rights Siratype or violates the terms of this License.

6. Warranty

The Font Software is provided "as-is" without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, either

expressed or implied. Siratype is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or

incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Font Software, even if Siratype

has been informed of the potential for such damages.

7. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. If you fails to comply with any term of this License,

Siratype may terminate the license with 30 days notice
